Terms of use
Last updated 21 July 2026. Using Ganuro means agreeing to these terms.
What Ganuro is
Ganuro helps people describe what they need and find providers who can help, in the place they choose — and helps providers be found. Discovery and provider presence are free, results follow a fixed order with no paid placement, and you contact providers directly.
What Ganuro is not
Ganuro never holds money, takes payment, or guarantees work. You arrange everything — price, timing, payment, and the work itself — directly with the other party. Appointment proposals on Ganuro are coordination notes, not bookings: they carry no payment, no deposit, and no guarantee. Ganuro is not a party to any agreement between you and a provider, and it is not the record of your transaction.
Accounts
Signing in uses one-time email codes — there is no password to manage. You're responsible for access to your email address. We may limit or suspend accounts and listings that abuse the platform or other people.
For providers
- Your listing and your earned reputation are yours. You publish, edit, and remove your listing yourself.
- Publish only what's true — your services, your area, your contact.
- If an agency represents you, that's a link, not ownership: you can leave at any time and keep your profile and reputation.
- Ranking can't be bought. There is no paid placement and no sale of customer enquiries.
Acceptable use
- No requests or listings for illegal, hazardous, or regulated-emergency work — Ganuro is for everyday, low-risk services.
- No fake listings, fake confirmations, fake reports, or impersonation.
- No harvesting of contact details or automated scraping.
- Never ask for or send advance payments, codes, or one-time passwords through a first contact.
Trust signals are honest, not guarantees
Badges like “Contact verified” and counts like “customer-confirmed jobs” are derived from real events and honest checks. They are good signals, not promises about a provider's work. Use your own judgement, and report a listing that misleads you — reports are reviewed and acted on.
Liability
Ganuro is provided “as is”, free of charge, while the service grows. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the work, conduct, or reliability of providers or customers you deal with — your agreement is with them, not with us.
